Paying Rent
Each month your rent is due on the 1st and is considered late if received after the 5th of each month. We will impose late fees each time your rent is received after the 5th. To avoid late fees and delinquent fees be sure to send in your rent on time each month.
Payment Options
- Check by mail: we must receive the check by mail by the due date to be considered on time. Any NSF check will receive a $45.00 NSF fee.
- Use bill pay with your bank (your bank may charge additional fees for this service)
- Tenants may pay online by using the tenant portal
We do not accept cash payments for rent. You may get a cashier’s check or money order if needed.
If your rent has not been paid we will contact you to find out why the rent has not been paid and when it will be paid. Failure to pay rent will lead to being turned over to collections and the credit bureau, an eviction, garnishment of wages, etc.
