This gives you “someone in your corner” to look out for your best interest. The agent will become your agent once entering into an agent agreement, which spells out the broker’s and agent’s responsibilities to you, the buyer.

Search through a large number of listings to find properties matching your specifications

Eliminate listings that do not meet expectations through researching the area, looking at pictures, physically visiting the property, etc to ensure that we show you homes that match your criteria

Take you out as many times as needed to view properties that you are interested in

Run property tax information, property listing histories and comparisons of like properties to help you find a suitable offer to make on the home you are interested in

When ready, we will prepare a contract on the home and negotiate in your best interest

Accompany you through inspections and the closing
