We first met Mike in 2003. We had purchased a condo for our daughter to live in while attending Kennesaw State University and Mike’s company was managing the association. We had purchased the condo a year before our daughter graduated High School, so we were going to rent it out for a year. The situation with our daughter changed when she finished High School, so we continued to rent the condo.
