Backyard Realty Group is pleased to announce their online portals available for tenants and owners.

TENANT PORTAL

Tenants have the option to view their account online, make one-time rent payments via e-check or set-up re-occurring monthly payments to pay their rent. This system allows tenants to pay rent using their bank account; the system does not accept credit cards.

Tenant payments will post to the tenant account automatically, however please note it make take a few days to show as a debit from your bank account.

OWNERS PORTAL

Owners can log-in to view monthly owner statements and invoices paid for maintenance requests. Here owners can view current statements and past owner statements as well.
